Returns Policy

We understand that things do happen and we are happy to offer a store credit/exchange on your product. In order for us to accept your return, the below requirements must be met;

  • The item is in unworn, brand new condition with original packaging, with no marks or scratches
  • The item is returned to us within 10 days of delivery date
  • The item was not purchased in a sale
  • Earrings are not eligible for a return/change of mind due to hygiene reasons

If the item has been damaged in any way the product will not be accepted upon return.

Please note: we offer store credit only.

Please note that refunds due to incorrect sizing will not be accepted. Instead, we offer exchanges or store credit as outlined in our size guide page.

 

FAULTY ITEMS:
Whilst we do check the items before shipping, in the rare occurrence that you receive a faulty item (faulty being caused by a manufacturing defect, e.g. scratch or dent) you are required to send photo evidence to: contact@khamora.com.au within 10 days of receiving the product. If your claim is justified, you will be offered a refund upon the item being received back into our facility. Other than a faulty item as described above, we do not offer refunds.

Please note that Khamora has the right to assess the age and condition of the faulty item. Unless the item is deemed a genuine manufacturing fault, exchanges and refunds will not be provided.

Returns for faulty or wrong items will be eligible for exchange when they are returned to our facility within 10 days of the purchase date. Items returned beyond this period will not be accepted, and will remain your responsibility.

Once we have received your return, it can take up to 14 days to be processed.

Cost of Returns:
You must return the products at your expense. Any faulty returned items are your property and remain your responsibility until they reach our facility.

 

NOTE: 
Please ensure that the item you are returning is packaged adequately to ensure that it is not damaged during return delivery to our facility.

We cannot accept returns if the following packaging requirements have not been satisfied:

  •   Items are unworn and in resell-able condition.
  •   In the original packaging; Khamora box and pouch.
  •   Adequately packaged for transit.
  •   Return label clearly displayed on parcel.

 

CANCELLATIONS:
